Post partum visits takes place after birth. They can include: Massages, Light housework, Taking care of child(ren) while mother naps, cooking meals, Baking goodies, or being someone you can talk to whenever you need to vent!

These visits can include: Abdominal Massages & other physical care that helps alleviate pain, and allows the menstrual blood to flow correctly, delivering your favorite snacks & beverages, Herbal usage, Soaking in a "Nikko Natural bath salt",

Birth control consultations are open for women who are looking for different birth control methods, or birth control centers.

During birth control advocacy visits, your doula educates you on the pros and cons of the usage of birth controls. She will also research all of the possible birth control methods, and centers, that offers the best experience, as well as accompanying you, when going to appointment!

Down below, is the "mommy wellness check". You do NOT need to be a client, to do this check in. Mental health is very important, and we encourage ALL mothers to reach out for help when needed (mentally and physically). And fortunately, This form allows you to do just that!
