Our standard childbirth TEEN mommy package is available for mommies age 15-20 Yrs

This package includes:

-2 Prenatal meetings (This is where we discuss any questions, talk about concerns & birthing facts, do daily informational exercises, build your birth plan, etc)

- On-Call once you've reached 32 weeks

- Attending your desired birth

- 4 Post Partum visits

- 1 after birth massage (Can be booked whenever you want!)

OUT OF STATE -Standard Mommy Package (all ages) ($1,100)

This package includes:

-2 prenatal meetings (This is where we discuss any questions, talk about concerns & birthing facts, do daily informational exercises, build your birth plan, yoga practices, diet plans, etc)

- On-call once you've reached 37 weeks (Virtually)

- Attending your desired birth

- 2 Post Partum visits (Via Facetime, Zoom, Etc)

-Lovely gifts sent to mommy and baby from your doula!

HOURLY VISITS:

-Post Partum visits ($24 per Hour)

Post partum visits takes place after birth. They can include: Massages, Light housework, Taking care of child(ren) while mother naps, cooking meals, Baking goodies, or being someone you can talk to whenever you need to vent!

-Menstrual Care Visits ($24 per hour)

Menstrual Care Visits focuses on, aiding women who needs physical and emotional care during menstruation. These visits can include: Abdominal Massages & other physical care that helps alleviate pain, and allows the menstrual blood to flow correctly, delivering your favorite snacks & beverages, Herbal usage, Soaking in a "Nikko Natural bath salt",

& "Vent and Release" time with me!

-Birth control consultation ($25.00)

Birth control consultations are open for women who are looking for different birth control methods, or birth control centers.

- Birth control advocacy visit ($20 per hour)

During birth control advocacy visits, your doula educates you on the pros and cons of the usage of birth controls. She will also research all of the possible birth control methods, and centers, that offers the best experience, as well as accompanying you, when going to appointment!

Down below, is the "mommy wellness check". You do NOT need to be a client, to do this check in. Mental health is very important, and we encourage ALL mothers to reach out for help when needed (mentally and physically). And fortunately, This form allows you to do just that!
